By accessing or using HT Bot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
HT Bot provides an automated trading platform that enables users to execute options trades on Indian stock exchanges through integrated broker APIs. Our service includes trading bots, market analysis tools, risk management features, and related services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
User Responsibilities:
Risk Warning: Trading in financial markets, particularly options trading, involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. HT Bot does not guarantee any returns, profits, or specific outcomes.
SEBI-Mandated Disclosures:
You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Risk Disclosure document and that you are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their consequences.
HT Bot integrates exclusively with SEBI-registered brokers (such as Upstox) through their official APIs. All trades are executed through your broker account, which is regulated by SEBI. HT Bot acts as a technology platform facilitating automated trading and does not hold or manage your funds.
SEBI Registration Notice: HT Bot is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or sub-broker under SEBI regulations. We are a technology platform that provides automated trading tools. All trading decisions are made by you or your automated bot configuration. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all SEBI regulations and broker terms of service.
You are responsible for maintaining valid broker accounts and API credentials. We are not responsible for broker service interruptions, API limitations, or broker policy changes that may affect trading functionality. Any disputes with your broker must be resolved directly with the broker.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
You agree not to use our service for illegal activities, market manipulation, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms or code.
All content, features, and functionality of HT Bot, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are owned by HT Bot and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HT Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HT Bot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
As per SEBI guidelines, we have established a grievance redressal mechanism. If you have any complaints or concerns, please contact our grievance officer at grievance@ht-bot.test. We aim to resolve all grievances within 7-15 business days. For more details, visit our Contact page.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may file a complaint with SEBI through their SCORES portal (https://scores.gov.in) or contact SEBI directly.
