You must not use HT Bot to do anything illegal, deceptive, abusive, or harmful. This includes:

• Fraud or impersonation: creating fake identities, misrepresenting ownership, or attempting to bypass verification.
• Account abuse: sharing accounts, selling access, or using credentials that are not yours.
• Security violations: probing, scanning, exploiting, reverse engineering, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Platform misuse: interfering with platform stability, abusing rate limits, or using automation to overload services.
• Content abuse: harassment, threats, or abusive communications through support channels.

3. Trading & market integrity

HT Bot is built for compliant automated execution through SEBI-registered brokers using official APIs. You must not use it for:

• Market manipulation: spoofing, layering, wash trades, or any activity intended to distort market price/volume.
• Unauthorized trading: trading on behalf of others without proper permissions or violating broker terms.
• Abuse of broker systems: attempting to bypass broker safeguards, limits, or API policies.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, configuration, and compliance with applicable laws and broker rules.

4. Enforcement

If we detect prohibited use, we may suspend or terminate access, restrict functionality, or report activity when required by law. We may also require additional verification to protect the platform and users.
