This refund policy applies to paid subscriptions/plans purchased for HT Bot. It does not apply to broker charges, exchange fees, taxes, or any losses from trading activity.
Refunds may be approved if a paid plan is purchased and you are unable to access core paid features due to a platform-side issue that our support team confirms and is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds are generally not provided for outcomes related to trading performance, strategy results, or user configuration choices.
Contact support with your account email/phone, payment reference, plan name, purchase date, and a short reason. We may ask for screenshots/logs to verify the issue.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking timelines.
